Attention Online Banking Quicken and Quickbooks Users:

 

IMPORTANT STEPS ARE REQUIRED FROM YOU NO LATER THAN 5:00 pm EST FRIDAY, DECEMBER 8, 2017! 

A required system migration will take place December 11th and important steps are required by you to prepare.  Please follow the necessary steps within the timeframes provided to update your Intuit product information. Additional summary information is provided below.

  • Who – Select Bank & Trust online banking customers (you!) that use Intuit products (Quicken, Quicken-EWC, QuickBooks, Direct Connect or Mint)
  • Why – As part of the system migration, Select Bank will be transitioning to a new Intuit Bank Identification Number (BIN).  Following Select Bank provided conversion guides will ensure continued functionality between Select Bank’s Online Banking system and your Intuit product.  If you do not take action by 5:00 p.m. EST Friday, December 8, 2017, your Online Banking connection to Intuit may stop functioning properly.
  • What – Time sensitive file download of current transactions
  • When – Transaction download required by 5:00 p.m. Friday, December 8, 2017; Server migration December 11, 2017
  • Where – Customer PC/Mac where Intuit product is used; open, read and follow the Conversion Guides (linked below) based on your product
  • Help – Please contact CashManagement@selectbank.com with questions or concerns. Alternatively, you can contact us via the secure message center within online banking
