A woman smiling at her computer On January 28, 2020 our Digital Banking (Online & Mobile) was upgraded!  Here is all of the information you need to know about the new and improved Digital Banking:
 
Important Information below  (and click a very Helpful FAQ )
  • Select Wallet and Select CardSwap are new features you can use within the Bill Pay option (for personal customers) that enable you faster and more convenient ways to pay or switch payment for your regular bills 
  • For help with any issues related to your Online or Mobile Banking you can contact your local branch (find yours HERE - please note that branches will have standard business hours but phone lines will remain open and answered until 7pm on 1/28 and 1/29) or you can call 1-877-610-7315

  • For Commercial customers, if you missed the Treasury Services Webinar you can view it HERE. 
  • QuickBooks/Quicken/Mint.com users:  there is action that needs to be taken to disconnect and reconnect your Online Banking through those services.  Click HERE for full instructions. 
  • 1/21/2020-1/27/2020: Your current online banking will go into “Inquiry Only” mode at 6 AM. This means you will no longer be able to make transactions (like transfers, stop payments, etc), however you can view all of your balances, transactions, previous statements AND you can still use Bill Pay.
  • 1/21/2020-1/27/2020: Mobile banking will not be available, but do not delete the app, it is coming back, new and improved on 1/28/2020! If you would like to view your accounts on a mobile device you can still go to  www.selectbank.com  and login to the desktop version of Online Banking.
  • 1/28/2020: This is the day that you can login to the new experience at  www.SelectBank.com or on your current App. Your login information will be the same but there are a few short steps to do once you login.
  • System Requirements:  We do want to make sure you know that on a PC, Chrome is your best option for internet browsers (although you are able to use FireFox, Safari and Edge - Internet Explorer is not going to be supported going forward so we do not suggest using this).  Scroll down to see specific System Requirements for both Mobile and Online banking.

System Requirements:
For Online Banking you  must use a computer that has:
  •  Recommended Microsoft Windows 10 or Mac OS X 10.10
  • Available browser updates applied for improved security that provide anti-virus and spyware protection.
  • An internet connection with a minimum of 1 Mbps download speed.
Satellite connections often have difficulty supporting encrypted, Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) applications. Since Q2online is HTTPS-encrypted for the safety of your financial information, some satellite cable connections may exhibit slow responses.
 
Browser Requirements:
Browser support is subject to change without notice, so we encourage end users to configure browsers for automatic updates. Use the latest version of your browser for the most secure experience. 
Note: For the most secure and consistent experience on mobile devices and tablets, use the mobile app instead of mobile browsers.
 
Note: Support will end for Microsoft Internet Explorer on April 7, 2020. After this date, we will no longer fix bugs specific to IE11. Users may be blocked from accessing online banking through IE11. 
 
For Mobile Banking Biometrics:
End users can use Fingerprint Login, Touch ID, or Face ID to log in to the mobile banking app.
The Fingerprint Login feature is based on the fingerprint API introduced with Android M (Marshmallow). Some Samsung and Nexus phones do not support Android's API, even though they include the hardware on the phone. These devices are not supported by the Fingerprint Login feature.
Samsung and Nexus now provide APIs that allow us to provide Fingerprint Login for these phones, but this would be a future development.
Fingerprint Login is currently only available for login authentication on eligible Android devices. It is a free feature, pending the following operating system, hardware, and release requirements:
  • Samsung Galaxy S7 or later
  • Nexus 7 or later
  • Google Pixel first generation or later
  • End-user registration with Fingerprint at the device level
Touch ID and Face ID are only available for login authentication on supported Apple iOS devices and requires end-user registration of the feature at the device level.

Note: End users on unsupported OS versions may still access online banking through the mobile browser. The mobile browser does not offer native app features such as Mobile Deposit.

Note: Devices that do not have Location Services or native mapping application do not support branch/ATM functionality.
