Digital Banking changes - January 2020

On January 7, 2020 our Digital Banking (Online & Mobile) will be changing.  We are busy putting the final touches on the makeover but wanted to make sure you knew all you need to know before and during the changes.  You may have recently received an email with some information but here are some of the most important items to be aware of:
  • We MUST have your most up-to-date email address and phone number.  If we do not, some information may not be able to be viewed and/or you may have an interruption of service.  You can update this information in one of 3 ways:
    • Within your current Online Banking (once logged in) you can change your email in the Settings tab
    • Within your current Online Banking (once logged in) you can send us a secure message
    • Contact your local branch and a banker can help change the information in our system
  • Stay tuned to your email, our social media, and this site for updated information that you will need to know
  • You are always welcome to contact your local branch to learn more and ask any questions you may have
