Q: How do I access Select Wallet?
Login to your Digital Banking with Select Bank and in the Menu Options click on Bill Pay and then select Select Wallet
Q: What is the difference between Select Wallet and Standard Bill Pay?
Select Wallet uses payment cards rather than Automated Clearing House (ACH) to expedite payments, effectively making them in near real time. It does not replace Standard Bill Pay but rather is a way to pay certain bills in near real time using your card(s) loaded into your Digital Banking
Q: What bills can I pay using Select Wallet?
Many frequently used services are loaded into Select Wallet and can be accessed to be paid. Click on the Select Wallet option within Digital Banking to see if a bill you need to pay is an option.
Q: What are the benefits of using Select Wallet?
If you currently login to any services you pay regularly (monthly, quarterly, etc) you may be able to make the payment easier and faster with Select Wallet. For example, if I currently go in and pay my gym membership on the gym's website, I can login to the website through Select Wallet* and make my payment easier and faster. Rather than needing login information for each of these sites at which I I make payments, I can load it all into Select Wallet and have just one login to my Digital Banking platform.
